Rule 205
Motion
that the Report of the Committee on Privileges be accepted (1) After discussion on the report of the Privileges Committee in accordance with Rule 203 is over or after the report of the Privileges Committee is re-presented in the meeting in accordance with Sub-Rule (3) of Rule 207, any member may submit a proposal that the recommendation mentioned in the report be approved.
(2) After submission of the proposal as per sub-rule (1), if any member wishes to submit an amendment to the report, the Speaker may submit the amendment as deemed appropriate.
(3) After a brief discussion on the proposal submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1) or the amendment submitted in accordance with sub-rule (2), the speaker shall make a decision on the amendment and submit the question of violation of privilege to the meeting for decision.
